We've personally designed the remodel to create a modern living space that's relaxing, spacious and fun for kids. Whether sitting on the deck or dock, taking out the kayaks, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games in the basement or enjoying the uniquely designed open loft, the goal is to provide enjoyable options for all ages.

Enjoy Honeoye Lake in this recently remodeled year-round home. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many oversized windows which offer postcard views of the surrounding Bristol Hills. The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. There is a grassy area for yard games, a fire pit for night-time marshmallow roasting, a front and back deck for outdoor entertaining and much more. Weekly rental required July-Labor Day.

The Hideaway on Hobart is a fully renovated cottage just steps from Honeoye Lake, a true hidden gem of the Finger Lakes. Little Lodge in Hemlock

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. This tiny home used to be a hunting lodge and we have renovated and updated the space to be a peaceful spot for whatever brings you out our way. We like to think of it as the bee keeper’s lodge. Close to Hemlock, Canadice, Honeoye, and Conesus lakes for hiking, fishing, kayaking, or picnicking. Or enjoy a night in! There is a gas grill, patio, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a game shed out back.

Frog's Leap Tree-House

Enjoy the best of nature at our Frog's Leap Tree-house. It is nestled in over 100 acres of wooded lands. There are many forms of wildlife to see on the property such as: deer, blue heron, fox, turtles and of course frogs. There are two ponds. One pond is approximately four acres and the other one is an acre. Catching large mouth bass is made easy with our fishing rods provided with the right bait. We do promote catch and release.
