The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

Marina Bay Saddle

The house has local amenities, trails, and Richmond Marina Harbor. It is in a quiet neighborhood next to a new Starbucks, restaurants, brewery, and CVS—all within walking distance. From the Richmond marina to San Francisco takes only 30 minutes.—a faster alternative versus taking a bus to Bart station to SF.
