Beautiful waterfront lake home located on Poverty Point Reservoir. Our home is located near Poverty Point State Park, Black Bear Golf Course, and Poverty Point World Heritage Site. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Private Country Farmhouse

Private, peaceful and country calm! No close neighbors to disturb you. Only 7 minutes from Winnsboro. Huge front and back yard, great for football or baseball with the kids. This property is a spacious 3 bedrooms house, a very nice place that includes living room, an office space, dining area and a very nice kitchen and a laundry area. Each bedroom has a closet. The house has 2 full bathrooms and a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom’s bathroom. The neighbourhood is very safe. Great location, a very short drive to ULM and to the airport. Eeasy access to major roads, supermarket, banks and shopping centers. The house is fully furnished.

Country Pleasure

A beautiful modular home. SLEEPS FOUR ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN COMFORTABLY! Located on our 80 acre Family Farm. A quiet Country setting with a few farm animals. (PLEASE DO NOT PET THE ANIMALS!). Sit on the front porch or back deck for a pleasant view. You may see deer in the meadow. There’s a swing under the carport for relaxing in the shade. Quiet country get away. Sullivan's Country Home

Come enjoy a peaceful stay at Sullivan's Country Home! Located on the quiet corner of Sullivan Loop, this home is close to I-20 for easy access to the highway (but far enough to avoid highway noise!) Perfect for a large family or a couple of couples! King Bed, Queen Bed and Bunk Beds occupy the 3 bedrooms. Large dining room, access to washer and dryer, large fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room completes this cozy space.

Cozy Country Home

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, about 10 minutes from Winnsboro, 10 minutes to Big Lake, 25 minutes to Delhi, and 45 minutes to Monroe! This home is located on a small back road, giving you a quiet place to relax for your stay! With all new appliances and all of your amenities! This home is only 3 years old and the perfect place to stay for a night or two!

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

The Garden Cottage

We are located in the woods but only 2 miles from I 20. The Garden Cottage is located close to our main house but isolated with its own private patio. It is perfect for a single occupant or a couple due to it only has 1 bed. Infants/child is welcome if you have sleeping accommodations for them ( portable crib/pack in play). I do not provide either.
