This centrally located 5-br home is situated in a secure & clean neighborhood, within easy reach of everything: 3 mins to the highway, 2 blocks from Kennydale beach park; Seatac airport & downtown Bellevue are 15 mins while downtown Seattle is 20 mins away. The house boasts beautiful views of Lake WA, Seattle, Bellevue, and comes equipped with A/C to ensure a comfortable & relaxing stay. Please note: for guests who plan to bring a dog, we require 2 positive reviews. Also, the pet fee is listed in our house rules.
