Enjoy this modern beautiful Scandinavian style townhouse😊 It is centrally located with 3 mins walk from Islands Brygge Metro Station, 5 mins by metro to City Center. The house is right by the canal in an upscale, safe and cosy neighborhood called Islands Brygge, where enables you to see the water and green park (Amager fælled) just outside of your window. The townhouse is bright and spacious. And it takes merely 25 mins by metro to the Copenhagen airport. 😊 You will love this townhouse. Enjoy!

Affordable house, great location

You have possibility of free parking, and you can easily self check-in. This is a budget-friendly house. 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds, one double bed and two folding beds. For transparency, the place is not perfect yet, we want to renovate later. The doors and some switches are old, also the wallpaper (but newly painted). See phos. 5 min drive from the airport, also close to Copenhagen center. You can find a very good pizzeria + bakery across the street. 😊 4 brandnew single beds, never used.

Fint rækkehus med 4 værelser

Fin bolig med plads til sjov og ballade. Der er 4 værelser (det ene uden seng), 1 stort badeværelse og 1 toilet. Der er en fin lille have med trampolin, gasgrill og havebord, sofa og stole. Der er åbent køkken, alrum, stue. alt er i fin stand og godt indrettet. Gulvet knirker dog lidt og dørene binder, da det jo ikke er et nyt hus. Men er er fint og rart at være. I får huset alene, men når det ikke er lejet ud, bor jeg her selv med mine to børn. Der vil derfor været private ting i boligen.

Skønt centralt byhus nær City og Reffen streetfood

Hyggeligt, moderne byhus centralt beliggende i København K. Tæt på charmerende Christianshavn, Christiania, City og Nyhavn. Det trendy Refshaleøen med streetfood marked Reffen er i gåafstand, ligesom morgenkaffe og hjemmebag på cafe La Banchina, samt CopenHill, Københavns bakke med skiløb og vandreruter. Grønne områder og legepladser er uden for døren, og havn og badebroer er lige om hjørnet. Med bus til døren og nem cykel- og gåafstand er huset et godt udgangspunkt for at udforske København.

Vi har plads til 7 gæster i vores dejlige rækkehus med terrasse, have og car-port. Gratis Wifi og SmartTv med Chromecast. Køkkenet veludrustet med kvalitets-grej, og badeværelset har masser af håndklæder, shampoo og toiletpapir. Sengetøj inkluderet. Vores sted er ideelt hvis i besøger København i bil (!). Det tager 15 min. at køre til Rådhuspladsen og 20 min. til lufthavnen. Nyd dagen i byen og kom så hjem til fredelige Herlev og slå benene op. En espresso? Eller en latte måske? :-)
