Welcome to your own little Hobbiton, the self - catering holiday apartment which is attached to and below the main bungalow. The accommodation is central for most tourist attractions and beaches. The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

Its private, set within our garden overlooking Carn Brea Castle and The Great Flat Lode with views towards St Ives Bay, the North Cliffs and to the right is St Agnes Beacon. We are positioned centrally between the North and South coasts of Cornwall approx 1 hr from Lands End. The perfect place to base yourself from & explore Cornwall

As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. The cabin is located directly on the Mineral Tramway, a popular walking route, which links to endless walks or runs around the local area.
