Stunning golf courses whose green fairways are juxtaposed against the craggy Redland desert. All with in miles of the Redlands Golf course, Lunch Loop bike trail and Two Rivers Winery.

Accommodating full 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Each room has king size bed. Primary bedroom having its own bathroom and walk in closet. Each room has it's own TV with wifi access and a major streaming apps. Full kitchen and coffee bar. Pull out couch for 2 additional guests. Beautiful private patio area with covered outdoor seating, propane grill, and outdoor dining.* No Garage use. *Outdoor cushions and umbrella are seasonal (April-Sept)and can be arranged for use upon request in off season.

The cabin is located 2.2 miles from the Tabegauche Trailhead (biking trails), 2.8 miles from Colorado Mesa University and 2 miles from downtown GJ. You will be 2 mins away from a grocery store, liquor store, and a yoga studio!

This home is located on 2 acres just 5 minutes from downtown, but feels like you're out in the country. The panoramic views from the patio and hot tub are spectacular & ever changing. Hiking and biking are minutes away. The house has an open feeling with beautiful stone & woodwork. A large laundry/mud room offers safe storage for bikes & other outdoor equipment. Enjoy the BBQ grill out on the patio while watching amazing sunsets & visiting rabbits & birds. We now have air conditioning.
