This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

We are located within minutes of Stringers Ridge, Coolidge Park, The Aquarium, Bars and Restaurants and really everything Down Town Chattanooga has to offer. The Hot Tub is fully functioning, Private and is only for our guests at Northshore Lookout. Because we are downtown and have neighbors close by the Hot tub is closed at 10pm to limit noise. Upon arrival, you can park your car and make the three minute walk to Il Primo for gourmet Italian food, Daily Ration for outdoor brunch, Tremont Tavern for their famous Tavern Burger and local microbrew, or Las Margaritas for the classic Mexican food experience which also has outdoor seating.

This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and central Chattanooga activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park with dog park, playground, trails and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has hardwood floors, charm, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below.
