Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

Our 'Tranquil Haven by the River Fane' is just a 12.5 KM. drive from the M1 Motorway and part of the famous ‘Drumlin Country’ of Co Monaghan. 'Candlefort Lodge' is a 95 sq m./(1022sq ft.) sized apartment at the lower ground level of our home. It is self-contained, bright, and private. Come to our locale and enjoy a relaxing experience with a beautiful outlook onto a spacious garden with the River Fane flowing by.

Central location within walking distance of Dundalk town centre, shops, racecourse, pubs and restaurants. Convenient location for anglers, cyclists and hikers wishing to explore Louth, the Cooley peninsula and Slieve Gullion. The apartment has adequate space for bicycles or fishing tackle, with a ground floor ensuite bedroom and upstairs sofa bed for extra guests.

Many coarse fishing lakes within 10minutes of cottage. Dun-a-ri forest Park and long acre alpaca farm are within 10minutes drive

Cheerful 2 Bedroom Cottage

This beautiful property is located in the heart of Knockbirdge Village, Co Louth, a quiet village that offers a range of local amenities including shop, takeaway and traditional pub. While still convenient to Dundalk, Blackrock, Carlingford and Carrickmacross. Only an hour drive will take you to both Dublin and Belfast City (M1 Motorway Junction 16) We have lovingly restored and renovated this cottage over the years to provide a cosy and welcoming home.

Drummond Tower / Castle

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.

An Lochta

An Lochta is a converted , two story, 19th century grain store, surrounded by a mature and carefully tended garden on a small farm, set in the idyllic rustic peace and quiet of rural Co Meath. Despite our seclusion, we are just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).

The Granny Flat, Blackrock , Nr Dundalk Co Louth

A self contained one bedroom granny flat with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio/garden, and private entrance door. The granny flat is joined to our family home, a large 5 bedroomed house in the beautiful seaside village of Blackrock, Co Louth. We are less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants on the seafront of the village, from where there is a regular bus service in to Dundalk.

Adorable country cottage retreat

Relax in plush surroundings of this very cosy cottage situated among the bogs of Ardee. The property is half way between Dublin and Belfast near to Ardee Town. The Sweat Box Sauna with a 10 person Sauna and 4 fully filtered and chilled cold plunges is on site and available to book on Wunderbook. Cabra Castle, Slane Castle and Darver Castle are within 15 km away. There are plenty of family entertainment near by.

Modern Two Bedroom House Dundalk Town Centre

Dundalk is situated on the east coast, half way between Dublin and Belfast (80km) with a population of 35,000. Carlingford and the Mourne/Cooley mountain range only 38km away. My house is situated 5 mins from the town centre and 2 mins from Ice House Hill Park. It has just been renovated to a high standard and I love it! It has two double bedrooms, bathroom, open plan living space and back garden.
