The house is right on the water so you can hear the sound of the waves under the house. Its right on the beach and this beach is fun to be connected to the locals around, specially for kids. It is not a swimming beach. Beautiful swimming beaches are to reach in only 10 min. walking distance or 5 min. by scooter.

The price is included electricity, water, the private high speed internet and the cleaning service fees once a week. (NO EXTRA COST) The apartment is the personal apartment. (It's not a hotel) It's the comfortable studio room. Guests cross the street to the Rawai beach.
