The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Sleeps 2 people but can accomodate up to 4. A 2 min walk to the local village pub, 5 mins to the local farm shop.10 mins walk takes you upto Castle Donington with its wealth of bars, restaurants & food & gifts shops, P0 etc Close to major road networks longer stays available. With a park and ride within a few minutes for access to Nottingham or the airport. Plenty of walks locally and a peaceful village. TV in the room with Amazon prime (not free view) and the Entrance door is an old wooden door.
