Accommodation 2/3 Self-contained flat attached to main house with own entrance, on the sea front in the centre of Dunoon, with stunning views across the Clyde and down to Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. 1/4 mile to passenger ferry and one and a half to Hunter's Quay car ferry,5/10 minutes walk to shops, cinema, eateries. Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

Historic Lochside Woodside Tower

Woodside is a stunning 1850s Victorian mansion. The beautifully renovated top floor apartment has two bedrooms and private bathroom. There is a seating area in the twin bedroom and fridge/microwave/coffee machine in the hallway. An ideal base for visiting the area or for a stop-over. Grounds are extensive and views are breathtaking. Loch Long shore is at the bottom of the garden and there is a kids play area. Easy access to Loch Lomond, Glasgow, Arrochar Alps, Faslane and Coulport Naval bases.

Bright waterside apartment, central location

Fabulous views from the light-filled living room. Yachts, ferries, fishing boats and the occasional porpoise will keep you entertained while you sit at the window with a cuppa. This Victorian apartment retains lots of original features and the decor is classic with the occasional quirky flourish. The bedroom is to the rear and is calm and comfortable; the bathroom has a shower with a very low step on entry. There is a private patio within the shared garden at the back of the property.

Wee Coo Byre

Converted former byre in bucolic surroundings. Located just outside the village of Strachur, it is an ideal stop for anyone walking the Cowal Way and is close to the unexplored mountains of Cowal and the beautiful Loch Eck and Loch Fyne. The little cottage shares a garden with the main house (where I live most of the time) and is set amongst mature trees, rippling burns and abundant wildlife including chirruping birds, red squirrels and pine martens. A lovely place to unwind and relax.

Just outside the Scottish National Park and 6mins walk from the sea is Cedarbank Studio's Yewtree Cottage. A one bedroomed cottage full of art. We have seven artists and they all offer lessons. Sitting in its own garden, Yewtree offers more than just an Airbnb experience. It's an opportunity to get outside and enjoy Argyll, learn something new or just do your own thing. If you can be tempted away from gazing out of the south facing sunroom, watching the sea, yachts and other marine traffic, it is less than two minutes’ walk to the water.

This apartment in tastefully decorated, situated in a residential area, walking distance to Kirn Victorian promenade and all local amenities.close by local activities include golfing, pony trekking,fishing ,hill climbing,and many more to explore. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.

Open all year. For couples, 2 friends or solo travellers . Dogs are very welcome. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The Coach House, Gourock, is located in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the Main Street with shops, pubs and the train station. The Coach House is a charming space in a converted period building. There is private parking with electric charging point and outside seating area. Dunans Cottage

Dunans Cottage is situated in the beautiful Knapdale Forest 1.9 miles from Cairnbaan within a National Scenic Area. The views are fantastic! The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.
