"The Granny Flat"

We have always called our wee cabin The Granny Flat, even though it has never been used as one. With a night-store heater that keeps it cozy in winter; a double bed; bathroom and full kitchen. Very close to a beach that often has dolphins right inshore at Howells Point. Located on a large double section with the owner's residence next door. You have exclusive use of the one bedroom flat with everything you need. Then unplug, relax and enjoy the birdsong. Sorry no WiFi. Friendly dogs welcome.

Beech Bach is a spacious tiny home. Guests love the inlet views, coziness, privacy, quietness, wildlife, & quirkiness of our 1 br bach. Includes car (T&C apply), & transfers. It's only 1.2km from the village - there's a couple of hills. The kitchen has lots of supplies & equipment. Gas hob, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, electric frypan, slow cooker, & drinking water filter. TV & Starlink WiFi. The loo is in the laundry accessed via semi enclosed porch. Fold out bed on request. Charges apply.

Reef Murmur - Stargazing Sunrise Hideaway

Set above the ocean in Bluff at 46°S, Reef Murmur blends sweeping sea views with the charm of an older coastal home. Ringaringa Beach Cottage, comfortable whole house

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. Beautiful 4 bedroom house on the beach at Horseshoe Bay. Stunning views. Huge lounge, with a conservatory, overlooking the beach. Robbie's Accommodation consists of two absolute beachfront studio units located only 65m from the high tide mark, boasting fresh modern décor, a kitchenette (no cooking) but with tea and coffee, fridge and toaster, but there’s great cafes and restaurants nearby. Each room is separate and has its own ensuite bathroom. You can surf right to your door step on one of NZ's longest waves, or watch the boats come in and relax enjoying the stunning sea views of Taramea Bay.
