Located within Katla Geopark and only 8km from Seljalandsfoss/ Gljúfrabúi waterfalls, the brand-new Seljalandsfoss cottage welcomes you in a peaceful environment with fantastic views in every directions. Close to the main highlights of the south coast and only 4km off the main road (road n°1). It is also a great location to see the northern lights, away from any light pollution. Thanks to it’s large windows, you can watch the northern lights while having dinner or from the warmth of your bed.

It is near many of South Iceland most interesting attractions and also close to a black sand beach. At Kross, which is an old church site, you have a beautiful view to Vestmannaeyjar and the surrounding mountains like Eyjafjallajökull.
