A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. Welcome to my city retreat! 1 bedroom, ground floor apartment with private entrance and off road parking, in the quiet & leafy Bournville area, convenient for B'ham Uni & QE Hospital. The bars and restaurants of Stirchley are a few minutes walk, as are bus and train services to the city. Or, relax in your own canal side area with covered seating. As your host, I've curated the space to reflect Birmingham and the apartment is personally managed, so you will always be in direct contact with me.

It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Located just outside of the City Centre with good transport links and ample free parking. The apartment is full with everything you will need to make your stay a comfortable one.
