When you enter the property you’ll find an outdoor dining table for four with pergola to enjoy your alfresco gatherings. Going inside to the living room you’ll find a comfortable 4-seat sofa with coffee table and Smart TV. The table for four in the dining area. You’ll find the kitchen next to the dining area separated with a nice breakfast counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. At the back of the kitchen you’ll find the patio with the table for four and from the patio you have access to the solarium terrace where you can enjoy the views or sun in one the sun loungers. The solarium is sealed with artificial grass, you will also find here gazebo for shade when required. Both bedrooms are accessible from the living room and have a built-in-wardrobes. All rooms have ceiling fan with lights with remote control. One bedroom and living room have air conditioning. You’ll find the bathroom with a shower and toilet as well. There is a lovely communal swimming pool and garden area situated just 30 meters from the house, or the beautiful blue flag beaches of Guardamar are 8 minutes by car or several golf courses in Quesada or within 20 minutes by car. The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest. Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. The house is located 30 minutes by car from the airport. The living room, the kitchen and the restroom are downstairs, two bedrooms, the bathroom and the terrace are upstairs. Two yards are at the back and in the front of the house. It belongs to the residence Fortuna with a common park and a large swimming pool with one part given over to children. There is a life guard at the height of the season. Markets and restaurants are not too far. Some beaches are at the distance of 15 minutes by car.
