La casa si trova nel cuore del centro storico ed è l'ideale per tutti quelli che vogliono visitare la città a piedi. La casa si trova al terzo piano di una palazzina storica dotata di ascensore. Si articola su due piani più un terrazzo e un terrazzino. Al piano terra c'è un soggiorno, una cucina ed un bagno completo di doccia. Al piano di sopra c'è una camera da letto, un bagno piccolo e un terrazzino dal quale si accede tramite una scala alla terrazza. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata.
