Our beautiful house, completely remodeled and refurnished in 2012 and is located in the upper part of the country. The whole building enjoys the stunning view of the La Maddalena Archipelago! It is an apartment of 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a french bed), one bathroom with shower, a large living room, kitchen and a garden of 100 square meters equipped with deck chairs, veranda with table and chairs to dine admiring the stunning sea views over La Maddalena Archipelago.

Built on two levels, with private access to Porto Rafael’s ‘piazzetta’ and beach, this unique property boasts an upper terrace with a fully equipped kitchen, barbeque and outdoor dining. The lower terrace gives access to the house via a set of French doors, both terraces offering spectacular sea views. The open space with lounge and kitchen and the three bedrooms (two with en suite) are furnished in typical Sardinian style with a contemporary touch.

Il nostro delizioso appartamento è immerso nel verde in un piccolo villaggio tra Porto Cervo e Porto Rotondo con piscina aperta dal 1^ maggio al 15 ottobre. Tranquillo per famiglie e centrale per una vacanza a poca distanza dalle spiagge più belle della Sardegna.
