It is a village house, in a quiet village. The neighbors and people of the town know each other. The house is large, with its high ceilings on the ground floor, which gives it more coolness in the summer, and a sensation of amplitude. It is a cozy space and neighborhood, close to the center (350 m). It is also 18.9 km from the beach of Sa Ràpita, 28.4 km from Es Trenc, 18.9 km from the airport, and 27.7 km from the center of Palma. Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

El Niu (¨the little nest¨ in Mallorquin) is embedded in the greenery between ALGAIDA and RANDA, like a small nest. BOOKING POSSIBLE FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER as there is a nice new PELLET OVEN. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.
