E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Den er renoveret i skandinavisk stil og har en rummelig åben planløsning (stue, spisestue, køkken), tre soveværelser, to badeværelser (det ene er 0,80 kvm), en balkon og en stor terrasse.Dette er mit hjem, fyldt med mine originale kunstværker.Som kunstner prioriterer jeg økologi og genbrug. On the second floor of a quiet three-storey residence, the flat is ideally located, only 240 metres from the main beach, the promenade and the old port as well as 240 metres from the town centre. The flat has a very large living room, a kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.

Nel caso l' alloggio venga prenotato da un numero di persone pari a 3 o inferiore, verranno messe a disposizione 2 camere da letto e un solo bagno.
