A 50 m dal mare con terrazza, parcheggio privato gratuito e tutta la privacy di un appartamento a ingresso indipendente, in una delle zone più ricercate di Livorno, sul bellissimo lungomare di Viale Italia, a 2 passi da Terrazza Mascagni, Acquario e un nuovissimo centro commerciale. Tutti i servizi e spiagge attrezzate nelle immediate vicinanze. Fermata bus a pochi passi. Vicinissimo anche al porto. Le maggiori città turistiche toscane facilmente raggiungibili sia in auto che con mezzi pubblici.

Casa vacanze situata a 200 mt dal mare in zona centrale molto servita da negozi di vicinato. Piano terra rialzato, dotato di giardino privato dove si può pranzare, cenare o semplicemente riposare al fresco di una piacevole brezza di mare. Completamente ristrutturata, rinnovata e curata nei minimi particolari, ha una zona giorno molto ampia ed elegante con una grande vetrata che permette l'accesso al giardino. Cucina nuova dotata di lavastoviglie, due camere e il bagno totalmente rinnovati.

Raggiungibili a piedi: Spiaggia di Redinoce attrezzata in 3 minuti, spiaggia della Paolina di fronte all’omonimo isolotto 10 minuti. Agosto solo affitti settimanali

Locanda Ferretti in Peccioli

La Locanda Ferretti is a historic apartment with a private entrance. It features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a bright living area overlooking Palazzo Senza Tempo. Located just across from our family restaurant and pastry shop, guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, even served directly in the apartment. You can also join a gelato-making course at the Campo alle Lucciole workshop, where you’ll learn to create a unique, all-natural gelato to make at home.

My Seahouse

Front-Row Seaside is a beautiful apartment, located in Calambrone, with an amazing view of the sea and fantastic sunsets! The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking, the parking is a 2 minute walk. It has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets
