The cabin is on a 3 acre pond with good fishing and a sand beach, boats and kayaks are available for use. There is also a covered shelter with picnic tables and an extra bathroom and shower, and extra room with bunk bed and twin bed, all in the shelter . A secluded area - 1/4 mile private driveway. Hazel Loft is nestled in the valley in a vibrant rural neighborhood 7 miles from the small college town of Decorah Iowa. We are close to Canoe Creek where you can splash around or fish. There are many places to hike right here in the neighborhood, plus more in Decorah, at the Wildlife Management Areas, at other county parks, and at Seed Savers. We live right along the same driveway, and are here to help you find whatever you need!
