Βρίσκεται στον δεύτερο όροφο πολυκατοικίας τεσσάρων συνολικά ορόφων. Έχει ένα δωμάτιο ξεχωριστό με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και ντουλάπα. Ένα wc με ντουζιέρα και ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι κουζίνα με έναν ανοιγόμενο καναπέ (1,40 *1,90).

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται κεντρικά της πόλης. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια μπορείς να απολαύσεις τις βόλτες σου στην πλακόστρωτη παραλία και την παλιά αγορά της Πρέβεζας. Εκεί έχεις πολλές επιλογές για καφέ και φαγητό με θέα την θάλασσα. Τα γραφικά στενά της πόλης με τα παραδοσιακά ουζερί βρίσκονται επίσης σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών. Η παραλία της Κυανής Ακτής απέχει μόλις 1 km από το διαμέρισμα ,όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν το μπάνιο τους και να πιούν τον καφέ τους.
