In addition to two bedrooms, the home includes a full kitchen, large kitchen island, dining room table (seats 8), large living room, and a cozy serenity room with windows all around. Also on this level, a large deck with seating and barbeque grill.

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.
