Welcome to Villa Salu' (adults only, +14). Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 5 Munte (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on the second floor of our villa.

On the fully fenced terrace (150m2) with pool area you can relax and sunbathe while in the evening you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones at the outdoor barbecue. This stylishly furnished apartment is located in the peaceful area of the small resort of Ližnjan, where there are many hidden natural beaches. In a few minutes drive you reach the well known tourist resort Medulin.

Na raspolaganju vam je grijani bazen 12 metara dužine (grijanje uz doplatu) , prekrasan prostor sa 5 klimatiziranih spavaćih soba (jedna u prizemlju) i 4 kupatila, zabava uz ogroman 65" Tv i vanjski projektor sa TV boxom, trampolin, koš. Villa je pažljivo namještena , te je velika pažnja posvećena detaljima. Pogodna za osobe s teškoćama u kretanju .

Apartments Flora, with pool, are located in Premantura, only 200m from the entrance to Nature park "Rt Kamenjak" (one of the top 10 hidden coastlines - Lonely Planet), with crystal clear sea and beautifull beaches. All apartments are equipped with italian furniture, with balcony, electric cooking plates, refrigerator, coffee machine, LCD – TV, air conditioning, safe. Within our house you will find a pool with deckchairs and sunshades available for our Clients.
