Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Betulla è perfetto per 2 o 3 persone, le travi di legno a vista e la scelta dei colori donano una sensazione unica di relax. Il giardino privato, completamente recintato, è chiuso da cancello, mentre la terrazza coperta è perfetta per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Situato in una strada privata, dove passano solo i residenti, assicura tranquillità sia di giorno che di notte mantenendo comunque la vicinanza al mare e al centro città, raggiungibili grazie alla bellissima pista ciclabile del Viale Apua.

Villetta La Rocca è situata in una posizione strategica alle porte della splendida città di Pietrasanta ed a 3.5km dalle spiagge di Marina di Pietrasanta, vicina a tutti i principali servizi ed in un contesto riservato, tranquillo e corredata da piscina e giardino privato. Facilmente raggiungibile in auto (4.0km dal casello autostradale Versilia) ed in treno (la stazione ferroviaria dista 700m) La casa può ospitare fino a 6 persone ed è possibile parcheggiare 2 auto all'interno della proprietà

Quadrifamiliare a 500 metri dal duomo di Pietrasanta tramite passaggio pedonale e a 3 km circa dal mare, immerso nel silenzio e nel verde. Con ampio giardino, barbecue e forno a legna. La casa è composta al piano terra da soggiorno con zona TV e sala da pranzo, servizi igienici, cucina con lavastoviglie e nel ripostiglio la lavatrice; al primo piano(totalmente rinnovato) 3 camere doppie un bagno e due terrazze. Vengono fornite lenzuola e asciugamani. Forniamo gratuitamente tre biciclette.

The renovated property is equipped with every comfort, designed for a couple who wish to explore the town and surroundings, Two bikes are available free of charge. This is the perfect location as you can easily reach the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes (by car) and explore the rest of Tuscany.

A beautiful, light-filled 40-square metre self-contained apartment just 200 metres from Pietrasanta's stunning main square. Decorated with care in shades of grey and white, it’s lovely and cool in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. We also offer our guests free bikes. Our aim is to provide a boutique hotel experience, so you'll find big fluffy towels, robes, lovely crisp white cotton sheets, a decent hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

Favolosa casa singola all'interno di un giardino condiviso con altre due abitazioni. Villetta ben curata e servita da tutti i confort per un piacevole soggiorno in una delle zone più belle della Versilia. Location strategica poiché vicina al mare e al centro storico, facilmente raggiungibili entrambi ache a piedi e in bici , tramite la pista ciclabile di fronte all’abitazione stessa . Piscina ad uso condiviso con le altre due abitazioni.
