My home is a 5 min walk from the New Forest and a short cycle ride to Lepe Beach which is located at the end of my road. It's also a short drive from Calshot Activity Centre. My home would suit couples, solo adventurers, families (2 rooms are available) and anyone working in the area. My house is a 4 bedroom detached property. I'm told it's a very welcoming comfortable cosy home. There are two double rooms available, both finished to a high standard. The house is in a quiet location, close to the Forest and the Sea. Lymington, Brockenhurst & Lyndhurst are just a 20 minute drive and Beaulieu & Exbury are 5 mins down the road. I provide a continental breakfast which is included. I am happy to provide a cooked breakfast at an additional cost or an evening meal if required and advance notice is given. Check in time is flexible, please contact me in advance to arrange this.

On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

Our home is a beautiful 17th Century Town House, with a walled garden, in the ancient city of Winchester. Ideally situated for walking throughout the city with its magnificent 900 yr old Cathedral, William the Conqueror's Great Hall, King Arthur's Round table, Winchester College, England's oldest Public school. 1hr by train from London, 1hr from Heathrow, close to the New Forest, the South Downs, the South Coast, Jane Austen's home. Our house is 4 mins walk from the station.

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. The house is in a quiet residential area. The ground floor has a warm atmosphere with pine floors and a large kitchen/ diner. The guest bedroom overlooks the back garden. The sea, town, station, Tesco and Co-Op express shops and several pubs/ restaurants are all short walks away. The house is close to the Downs, many towns and cities, and event centres such as Chichester, Goodwood and Fontwell.

Well behaved dogs only please. Lovely breakfast provided to prepare yourselves . We also do a champagne package with nibbles and cake for £40 or with Prosecco for £ 30
