L'alloggio, situato nel complesso residenziale il Borgo. Presenta oltre agli spazi interni anche spazi esterni (grande giardino anteriore con patio tavolo da pranzo e divanetti, piccolo giardino posteriore con tavolino), molto vicino al mare, raggiungibile a piedi.
