100+ year-old historic parsonage moved onsite in the mid 80s. A homestead for many years, now home to Front Porch Market - a cheese, ice cream and antique shop and vacation rental. Please Note - this is an apartment on the 2nd floor of the building accessible via exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms featuring a king and 2 queen beds, clawfoot tub and tiled shower, full size stove and refrigerator as well as beautifully sitting area - original hardwood flooring. Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen & living room w/ a dining table. There's 1 bathroom that includes a washer + dryer. The front patio is furnished w/ a table & chairs for evenings outside! We offer a boat charging station on the side of the building. Curt's Cabin is only a ten minute drive from Peshtigo and Marinette, 20 min from Oconto or Menominee.

Tucked away in the woods, and steps away from the national forest, this tiny home offers the tranquility you need to completely decompress. The Sasquatch hideaway offers you direct access to the ATV trail, a 600ft walk to the crystal clear waters of Paya lake. New for 2025 is a Wood fired barrel sauna for to decompress. The main offers a queen sized bed and the guest room offers a Full/Twin Loft bed, as well as a twin Murphy bed. There is also a massive sectional couch as a sleeping option.

Take advantage of the 2,500 acre full recreation lake and experience your own paradise with a private pier to park your boat / rent our pontoon, swim and fish from! Paddle boat and kayaks included as well! Waterfalls, golf, restaurants, and trails provide endless adventure! There are 300+ miles of UTV/ATV/Snowmobile trails in the county! You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.
