The home is located off a well-traveled two lane road that connects Kalamazoo and Portage. Large unfenced lot with fire pit. We DO NOT rent to crews. Discounts for first responders and healthcare.

Everyman's House in Westnedge Hill

Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

Copper Ridge Inn

Copper Ridge Inn is a private guest house on Carlson Farms, a 250-acre working farm. You will love the tranquility of the private lot that the house sits on with views of the farm across the street. The house includes four bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, and several living spaces, including a garage bar (not temperature controlled) (the only TV in the house is located in the garage). The private back yard porch is perfect for relaxing.

Built in 1885, this house is quite charming. The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away.
