Our charming and stylish apartment is located in a tranquil and green area, situated on a hill overlooking the mountains. 800 meters downhill to the beach, the promenade, the restaurants and the amazing bay view and it's fishing port. The house has a sunny terrace (35m2), a shared community pool, a spacious living room and three romantic bedrooms with two bathrooms.

LA PALETA- CASA EN PRIMERA LINEA DE LA PLAYA

La casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones y 3 baños completos. En la planta baja se encuentra la cocina, el comedor y un baño, un patio interior y una terraza exterior. En la primera planta encontramos el salón para lo vistas al mar y una habitación con terraza interior, además de otro baño. En la segunda planta tenemos la habitación principal con vistas al mar y escritorio, dos habitaciones dobles, una con terraza interior, y el tercer baño. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, and infrared heating in the bathroom for cooler days. A beautiful fireplace creates a much more harmonious warmth, perfect for enjoying a tea and relaxing with a view of the Tramuntana after a day of hiking in our woods. Apartment in Port de Sóller with a large shared pool, free private parking, spectacular views of the sea from our port. A quiet area just a 10-minute walk from the port and bus stop.

This beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea has 3 double rooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The other bathroom is located just down the hall. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open in the living room with views of the sea and promenade. Balcony / terrace and laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms (hot and cold). . The only downside is that there are noisy bars nearby at night, especially in the summer.
