Casita de montaña cerca del mar ideal senderismo.

Muy tranquilo y soleado, un marco incomparable. El pueblo de Fornalutx ha recibido a nivel europeo varios premios por su conservación con el entorno. La casita se sitúa a solo 10-15 minutos del mar pudiendo pasar días de playa en el Puerto de Sóller donde podrá disfrutar de todas las actividades que desee. Está situada en el corazón de la Sierra de Tramuntana, por lo tanto es un punto de partida ideal para rutas de senderismo.

Casa con alma en el centro de Sóller ETV/16117

A solo 2 minutos a pie de la Plaza de la Constitución y del famoso tranvía de madera con una pequeña terraza en la azotea para disfrutar de unas copas de vino. Olvida el coche y vive como un local, en pleno centro pero en una pequeña calle peatonal donde el tiempo se detiene Distribuída en tres plantas y a diferentes niveles. Estaremos encantados de recibirte! :) EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO ESTA EN EL CUARTO DOBLE.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
