The SHORES is a cozy duplex cottage with private water access, discounted boat docks for rent, and a beautiful sandy beach nearby. It is located on Bird Creek. You will be just a 3-minute walk to shopping, outdoor dining and the Port Austin Harbor. Accommodations consist of a two-bedroom cottage that sleeps six to eight (unit 2) and a one-bedroom cottage (unit 1) that sleeps four to six. We accept 2-day rentals October and November! 1800 square foot home with full kitchen that opens to a large deck that overlooks 100 feet of beach. The dining area opens to a finished garage which serves as a covered patio that leads to a paver patio. 2 downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom upstairs has a king and a twin, and the open area upstairs has 2 queens for plenty of sleeping area.

Our property is double wide with panoramic Lake View. Access to the beach via a new public stair case 7 cottages down. No direct access from our property. We do not have neighbours either side. We are located in a friendly quaint community. A good mix of seasonal cottages and full time residence. The panoramic view is seen from two of the 3 bedrooms.
