The original dwelling has been extended over time to incorporate 4 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 11 people. There is a split system inside and a combustion fire in the back area to keep you comfortable. A picturesque rustic stone homestead on 200 acres located on the Willochra Plains, a couple of kms from the historic town of Bruce. Approximately 40 minute drive from beautiful Melrose and Mount Remarkable, and a 20 minute drive to historic Quorn, home to the world famous Pichi Richi Railway. The homestead consists of 3 bedrooms, a well equipped country style kitchen with AC and wood fire, bathroom with inside toilet, sun lounge with a small bar and main lounge with reverse cycle AC.

Spencer Gulf great fishing & crabbing jetty walks.

We are in the Southern Flinders Ranges with National Parks within easy reach. Pt. Germein is an historic Port town with 1.3 km wooden jetty, perfect for fishing and crabbing. The cottage is located in the grounds of St Clement's Anglican Church circa 1863 now a private residence. Only 23 kms from major rural city of Pt. Pirie. Cottage is self contained and would be described as bright and fresh set in an Australian native garden with undercover car parking.

Alex's Country House

Alex's house is located in the South Australian town of Laura in the southern Flinders Ranges. Built in the early 1900's, this gracious comfortable house has a relaxed feel with generous rooms, high ceilings and modern amenities. It is filled with books, art, trashy novels, board games and spaces to play them or watch tv and lounge in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.
