The Cabin on the Lake

Located on Lake Pend Oreille, this is a tiny cabin with double bed, electric heater, coffee maker. However, if you are looking for a meticulous, hotel-like experience, this may not be the venue for you. It is upscale camping surrounded by nature: bugs, critters, scat, neighborhood dogs. The detached bathroom has a composting toilet, and outdoor, solar shower. With BBQ, picnic table and deck, we are primarily for hardy couples, who appreciate a beautiful but rustic setting, with water access.

It's also within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, making it ideal for strolling (or riding one of the two provided bicycles) to restaurants, bars and boutiques.
