Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Lake Moraine 2026: Lake is drawn down 10 ft for the NYS Madison Reservoir Dam rehab. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing all continue. No construction noise. Lake activities for our guests run from the Colgate Boathouse — short walk down Frank Road or quick drive to its dedicated parking lot. Self-serve kayaks, paddleboards, and life vests. Two-bedroom cottage sleeping 6, smart TVs in every room, full kitchen, lake-facing deck, fire pit. Welcome wine on arrival. Five minutes to Colgate.

The Hills of Pompey

Come to relax with friends and family at this 2.5 acre home with large in-ground swimming pool near Syracuse University and JMA Wireless Dome. The 1700 Sq ft space includes 3 bedrooms (master suite 18’ x 15’) and two full baths! The master suite has a king size bed (can be split to 2 twin size beds) and a pull out sofa sleeper if needed. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with vanity, and the third bedroom includes a full size bed and dresser. Large eat in full kitchen & living room.

Carriage house studio/book nook

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

The George Washington Suite

Step back in time in time as you enter the first-floor George Washington Suite in this 1790 historic home in Baldwinsville, NY. Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. From your living room, step out onto the grand, columned back porch and stroll through the peaceful gardens. Sip your morning coffee on the patio beside the fountain or under the pergola while enjoying the gas fire pit.

Tom and Lisa welcome you to “The Old Orchard Cottage”. The Cottage was built in the summer of 2025 and we are excited to make this awesome property available to guests. Take in the spectacular views and amazing sunrises from either our huge front porch or lodge-like deck/pavilion out back!The Cottage offers the perfect place to kick back and relax anytime of the year. The area offers many activities for all 4 seasons and The Cottage is the perfect home base to explore Central NY.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
