1 Beachside is a stunning 2 bedroom apartment located at the very start of Rock Road with 2 balconies to savour the glorious water & sunset views. Beachside is truly beachside and our guests can put their feet in the sand moments from the front door. Shops & pubs are a short walk away & the ferry to Padstow is right outside the property. It's an ideal base for those wanting to take advantage of the fabulous local golf courses at St Enodoc & The Point or the famous Cowshed Spa at St Moritz Hotel.

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

The great location and surrounding countryside is ideal for couples and families alike.
