Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Designed and built by local craftsmen, with no near neighbours. Private, off grid wood fired hot tub adjacent to the hut ( logs supplied). Boasts amazing views over open farmland, a perfect retreat to relax and unwind. Close to Polzeath beach which is a 25 minute walk across the golf course.. Luxury interior, mini kitchen ( no oven), ensuite bathroom ( yes, inside the Hut!), wood burning stove, and comfy double bed . Private outside area, with a BBQ ( charcoal NOT supplied), and storage shed .

Off grid Shepherds hut with amazing sea views and wood fired hot tub. located on our farm overlooking Port Quin bay, a short walk to the sea, located between Port Isaac and Polzeath. The hut was hand built on our farm. The hut is situated with a great sea view, a 5 minute walk from car access across one of our sheep grazing fields. Bring your wellies for the field and flip flops for the beach! The hut is not suitable for infants or children. We also run a Sauna at Port Quin bookable seperatly.

The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Ground level has a lovely decking area with dining table, an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.
