Welcome to our modern apartment with perfect sea view. Apartment consists of 3  bedrooms, 3 AIRCONDITION, 2 bathroom, living room with the kitchen and dining room with sofa bed. Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

Newly built Villa (6+2 pearson) in Podstrana/Split, with swimming pool, fully equipped,air conditioned,BBQ, with great, patio-garden, perfect for families with children, with trampoline and swing for children. 120 meters from the beach-easy walk. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Complete disinfection of the apartment and privacy guaranteed. Apartment has a separate entrance. In my family house I only rent this apartment. Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.
