The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

The Red Fox Property is a secluded cabin set back within the forest. Escape into this 3,200 sq foot residence and forget your worries behind. A state of the art kitchen and appliances makes large gatherings easy and fun. 4 bedrooms & 2 common areas the cabin allows guests their needed space. This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Has nice outside porch with sitting area. Large studio room with bathroom attached and contains kitchenette and large closet.

Our cabin is in a very quiet area. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of cattle farms. The view is of fields and mountains, sky, and pine trees. The cabin is very private with your own entrance. A lot of parking and also a trailer space. This will be perfect for a single person or a couple. Great area to ride bikes, go golfing, even a pickleball/tennis court not far. Also not far from lakes and hiking. Please no pets.

This cabin has all the comforts of home. Located in a community built by the railroad in the early 1900's. next to the historic Paxton Lodge. Gold, Trains, Ghosts and Rock'n'Roll A short walk to the Feather River and the best sand beach on the river! Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all available in the area. Hiking, horseback riding, off road trails for hundreds of miles.
