Located in Ploče neighbourhood, 7-10 minutes of walking distance from the Old Town with Banje beach just down the street. All rooms have a terrace with clear views of the Old Town and sea and are also equipped with AC. The apartment offers a free private parking place. * The apartment is located in Dubrovnik’s restricted traffic zone. Access is permitted by registering the car’s licence plate in the system, therefore it is necessary for guests to message the host their licence plate number.

Studio 1 is a compact 17 m² private studio on the top floor of our family home. It has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, kettle, cookware, and tableware. Guests may use the shared terrace, where three tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We are at the foothills of Mount Srđ, accessible via 360 steps from the Old Town or by taxi along the road in front of the house.

1913 loft w/picturesque view, steps from Old Town!

Relax in this beautiful 1913 loft! The house was lovingly built with stone, beamed ceilings, and antique elements for a grand yet charming feel. Unobstructed view of old town and endless Adriatic sea are at your fingertips. The house is situated on Ploce Gate, one of the Old Town's two main entrances. Despite the fact that we are in the heart of the city, the place feels tranquil and remote.
