Only 25 minutes away from Surf City and 30 minutes away from the airport. The house is directly in front of the beach with all necessary amenities to rest, relax and enjoy nature. Cool off in the beach or enjoy the pool with a wet bar. Fully equipped indoor kitchen as well as a brand new outdoor kitchen/bar. All bedrooms have AC as well as ceiling fans .

Zona segura y tranquila.

If you are planning for some rest and relaxation — this is the place! The bedroom on the 2nd floor is NOT included.
