You'll be close to Grove Lake's fishing, hunting, hiking, bait shop & trout rearing station, as well as Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park. A small park, roping arena and Royal Bar & Grill are all within walking distance.

FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! Bedrooms include a queen bed and two single beds and the living room has space for three additional sleepers. Kitchen includes all necessities and a fully stocked coffee bar. Location is in a quiet, updated neighborhood but located off a major through street that can quickly get you to anywhere in town! A great stay with the added fun of a scavenger hunt to locate all of our llamas!

This newly renovated home offers a private 150 feet beach on the Verdigris Creek. Depths ranges from a few inches to 2 feet deep. This private beach is perfect for relaxing while reading a book, or watching your kids enjoying the water all day.
