This stylish waterfront loft is perfect for experiencing lake life. The modern two bed, one bath apartment is only a few steps from the water with large views of the lake from every window. The Lake White Marina bar, private boat ramp, boat dock, recreation fuel, and paddle sports are all on property. The deck is great for an early morning cup of coffee while the fog is still on the water and our colorful sunsets are beautiful and rarely disappoint. There are 8 steps down to the apartment.

Good for couples, solo adventurers and families.

Take a look back in time to the 1830s when Water Street was a waterway canal the offered so much economic growth and resources to Chillicothe. Nestled on 4 wooded acres along Pond Creek, this one of a kind cabin will certainly be a unique experience. Walls of windows blur the lines between inside and out, connecting you with nature in every room. The house is very open, with rooms winding around the central stone fireplace with varying levels. The kitchen is stocked with supplies for preparing your own meals, but downtown Portsmouth restaurants are just 10 minutes away. Outside are patios for relaxing and woods for walking.

Equestrian Studio

Quaint in the hills of Southern Ohio. This studio apartment is a one bed room with a lovely view overlooking the outdoor horse riding arena. It offers a kitchenette and sitting area downstairs. Upstairs has a queen size bed over looking the riding arena. A country setting at it's best. Pet friendly. Trailer Parking available. Some weekends we host equine events. Horses and exhibitors will be around the facility. There is a horse arena in front and at times you can watch !

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Pa’s Place is named in honor of the man who once lived here & has Western decor to reflect his love of TV Westerns. The perfect size for a getaway or overnight stay. It’s quiet & just far enough away from the main highway to allow you to relax & get away from it all. There is Wifi plus antenna tv, VCR, dvd player, and Roku tv. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, & walk-in tub/shower, gas grill, & fire pit. And a small dog pen.

This country getaway retreat is just what you are looking for. We have designed our space with our guest’s privacy and relaxation in mind. Private gated access where memories are made that last a lifetime! Our most recent addition is a "Grain Bin Gazebo". This cozy backyard retreat is equipped with a gas grill, blackstone griddle, table and chairs. Backyard also has a brick patio, hot tub, hammock and fire pit.

We would love to welcome you to our little piece of Heaven at The Farm Inn. We have created a cozy little home like atmosphere inside our newly built barn on our 80+ acre farm in Pike County, Ohio. We love the peaceful evenings by the fire soaking up the stars & enjoy the wildlife surprises. It's VERY common to see whitetail deer grazing in our hay fields. We do have WiFi! No Parties or Large Gatherings!
