You can sit on one of the many outdoor decks and enjoy the scenic river. Or pack your bags for the beach to swim and fish, there are 2 beaches to chose from within walking distance. We have beach toys for the little ones and towels are provided. During the Holidays we have the house decorated for the Season! *Master bed/bath are located downstairs.

Milkhouse Cottage was rebuilt from the original Milkhouse built on our farm in 1906. Nestled in a peaceful valley across the road from the Rush River. Amenities include one queen bed, 1 queen sized comfortable queen sofa bed, air conditioning, private deck, private fire pit & 38 acres of private hiking trails and snowshowing trails. For larger groups we have another cottage on airbnb called the Trout Haus. Check on Airbnb or contact us regarding renting both houses.

Downtown is a short drive away with many stores, quaint little shops, museums, and great restaurants to choose from. There are many parks along the Mississippi where one can relax and enjoy the view. Hiking and biking trails are close by offering access to all levels of experience. Enjoy!

Basement may be a bit steep for some, but washer/dryer are avail.

Cozy 2-bedroom home close to cannon valley trail. Located in a historic river town with great shops, dining and outdoor activities like golf, hiking, biking, skiing. We have Sling,Hulu, Disney and Netflix for streaming. The rental is for the entire property but the basement, shed and garage are not available and will be locked during rentals. All inclusive pricing. No cleaning fees or list of chores to do.
