Located 1/2 mile from downtown Pickens, 1 mile from Hagood Mill, 20 mins from table rock and 30 mins from Clemson, there's a little bit of everything within reach. Private entrance, gas fireplace, full bathroom, 75” Roku TV, all amenities except stove (air fryer and microwave are available). This is the entire first level of a two story home. We live on the 2nd level and have our own separate entrance. Dogs 25lbs or less unless hypoallergenic. No cats. Fridays check-in will allow 2 day minimum

It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal and washer/dryer and pool table SmartTV with Roku that can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or other popular channels, Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies.

Only 6 miles from Clemson stadiums. The rental is a 500 sq' beautiful studio apartment with parking, coded entrance, and a private courtyard w/ a grill. It also includes a king size bed, an extra thick mattress futon, bathroom and a full kitchen with provided coffee/snacks. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe feeling. I would be more than happy to advise you on things to do and restaurants in the upstate area. I love sharing the beautiful upstate with visitors!
