Indoor smoking is strictly not allowed, though you’re welcome to smoke outside in the garden. No washing machine on-site, you’ll find convenient laundromats nearby.

My place is near Night Market Walking Street (ถนนคนเดินวัวลาย) ,Every Saturday and Chiangmai Gate . You can walk about 5 minute to get there. The monthly price isn't include elcectricity yet , you need to pay electricity upon unit meter (10 bath per unit) and water fee 200 bath per month per person and cleansing fee 500 bath when you leave. You also pay 5,000 bath for depoit fee. If don't have any damage ,I will return to you.
