In the heart of Phillip Island, close to the track, this little cottage gives you the best of both country & sea. A 5 minute drive to Cowes town to shops, cafes & supermarkets. Heaps to do on the Island with walking/bike tracks, swimming, koala reserve, penguin parade, the Nobbies, Forest Caves, Churchill Island and the Chocolate Factory to name a few. You'll find amazing sunsets at Ventnor, Surf beach & Cape Woolamai. We also offer early and late check out if there are no back to back bookings.

Fully fenced with high fences 500mtrs to Smiths Beach. 1.5kms to the Grand Prix Track. 10min drive to Penguin Parade & Cowes town centre. Wifi, kitchenette, huge bathroom, fully wheelchair accessible & queen bed, electric LED fire heater. *Please note we live upstairs. You will hear some noise, we try to keep it to a minimum

Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

The Sunderland Beach Cottage

Welcome to The Sunderland, a beach cottage located at the rear of property behind a Quaker barn shed. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.
