Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located right on the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, enjoying meals, swimming, walking, cycling, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

Pevensey Bay Beach House

4 bedroom pet friendly luxury holiday let with hot tub built directly on the beach in East Sussex. The fantastic location is reflected in the layout of the house whilst ensuring it is not your average run of the mill beach house let. The spacious Pevensey Bay Beach House has chic and quirky features like the use of old groyne oak, Chesterfield furniture, reclaimed floor boards, concrete kitchen bench tops, Moroccan bowl sinks, antique french beds, contemporary colours and penny coin floors.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. We are Richard and Emma. Welcome to our home-from-home opposite the English Channel and two minutes from Hastings pier. Enjoy big skies and stunning uninterrupted sea views from the living room & kitchen and serene cliff greenery from the bedrooms. It is near all local attractions and under 20 minutes stroll to Hastings Old Town, situated between the heart of St Leonards & Hastings town centres.
