Kitchen is fully equipped. 1 king bed, 1 queen, plus a queen hide-a-bed couch in the living room. Laundry facilities. No step entry into the house, all doorways are 36 inches wide, open concept living /dining space.

In the heart of Sedalia's Southwest side, Mom's Place is nestled in a peaceful & friendly neighborhood. Built in 1954 by our Grandpa, this custom home features wood floors, built-in bookcases, and windows galore. These charms provide natural light and uniqueness to the home with the convenience of modern amenities. Mom still talks about her dad losing sleep when building this house, as the original owners requested an Upside-Down Roof. Amazing home for 71 years old! Must see!
